Marketing site: no account, no form, no advertising tracker, no cookies.

Audience measurement: the site uses Vercel Web Analytics, with no cookie and no identifier stored in the browser (pages viewed, referring page, country, device type and browser), and PostHog, configured in a fully cookie-free mode — no cookies, no identifier stored in the browser. It records the page viewed, the referring page, the country, the device type and the browser, along with clicks on the “Subscribe”, “Join the Discord” and language-switch controls. The visit identifier is recomputed daily from a random salt discarded immediately after use: the IP address is never retained, and two visits cannot be linked beyond a single day.

Subscription: checkout session identifier and subscription status, provided by Stripe or, for lifetime access paid in cryptocurrency, by MakePay. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never pass through our servers.

Broadcast: Telegram or Discord identifier, required to deliver alerts and manage premium channel access.

Data is processed to perform the subscription contract: opening premium channel access, maintaining it for the period paid, and closing it on cancellation.

The legal basis is performance of the contract, together with compliance with accounting and tax obligations for billing data.

Stripe — card payment and billing processing.

Telegram and Discord — alert delivery and access management.

Vercel — hosting of this site.

Vercel (Web Analytics) and PostHog — audience measurement for this site.

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Subscription data is retained for the duration of the subscription, then for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting records.

Broadcast identifiers are deleted when premium access is closed.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port the data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

The marketing site sets no cookies at all, whether for analytics or advertising.

The audience measurement described in section 2 runs without cookies and without any persistent identifier. It falls under the consent exemption the French data protection authority (CNIL) grants to strictly necessary audience measurement, which is why no consent banner is shown.

The third-party platforms linked from this site (Discord, Telegram, Stripe, MakePay) apply their own policies.
