1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of Whale Tracker. Business registration and professional address are being finalised — reach out to zendeurr.contact@gmail.com for any question about this processing.
2. Data collected
Marketing site: no account, no form, no advertising tracker. The site sets no tracking cookie.
Subscription: checkout session identifier and subscription status, provided by Stripe. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Broadcast: Telegram or Discord identifier, required to deliver alerts and manage premium channel access.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to perform the subscription contract: opening premium channel access, maintaining it for the period paid, and closing it on cancellation.
The legal basis is performance of the contract, together with compliance with accounting and tax obligations for billing data.
4. Recipients
Stripe — payment and billing processing.
Telegram and Discord — alert delivery and access management.
Vercel — hosting of this site.
No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention
Subscription data is retained for the duration of the subscription, then for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting records.
Broadcast identifiers are deleted when premium access is closed.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port the data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

7. Cookies
The marketing site sets no analytics or advertising cookie.
The third-party platforms linked from this site (Discord, Telegram, Stripe) apply their own policies.
